In Term 3, the Diploma Program students headed to Port Hughes for the annual IBDP Camp. This is an opportunity for the students to bond and build the culture of the program, as well as undertake important CAS activities to complete their Diploma.
Over the course of three days, students engaged with a variety of activities – from Mystery Box cooking challenges to beach walks, karaoke to scavenger hunts. There were sunrises, bonfire nights, epic student-cooked feasts, and an impromptu Judo-throwing tutorial on the lawns.
The IBDP is an emerging powerhouse at Norwood International High School, and while these students are engaging in a rigorous academic program, that experience is balanced out with opportunities like camp where they can let loose and get some well-deserved fun.
