Beyond the classroom, our International Study Tour guests from South Korea and Japan immersed themselves in authentic South Australian culture and explored a diverse range of educational experiences.
What an unforgettable experience it has been welcoming students from ChungCheong Buk-Do (South Korea) and Koishikawa High School (Japan) throughout July and August. The weeks seemed to fly by as our visitors embraced every opportunity, joining our Ambassadors classes to strengthen their English communication, diving into hands-on science activities, baking traditional Anzac biscuits, exploring the rich heritage of Aboriginal culture, and even designing their own unique shirts.
Beyond the classroom, students enjoyed an exciting array of extracurricular adventures. Highlights included a memorable trip to Gorge Wildlife Park, where they had the chance to get up close with native animals and even feed some of them. They deepened their understanding of Australian history at the Museum of South Australia and explored the vibrant sights and culture of Adelaide City.
It has truly been a privilege to share our school and community with such enthusiastic and curious learners.
If you want to take part in upcoming study tours, we are always looking for additional Homestay Families and Student Ambassadors to be apart of putting together these exciting study tours.
