Explore a Career in Health with Certificate III Health Services Assistance

NIHS is proud to offer the Certificate III in Health Services Assistance to students in Years 11 and 12. This nationally recognised qualification (hosted by an RTO) provides students with valuable workplace readiness skills and knowledge for the health sector, with a particular focus on hospital and healthcare settings.

The course provides an excellent opportunity for students interested in pursuing a future career in nursing, allied health, hospital services or other health-related pathways, while gaining practical skills and an understanding of the health industry.

The qualification can contribute to an ATAR and replace one Year 12 subject, making it a valuable option for students looking to combine their SACE studies with industry-focused learning.

Places are still available for 2027! Students entering Year 11 or Year 12 in 2027 are encouraged to apply.

We would also like to congratulate our students currently completing the Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance who are nearing the completion of their workplace placements and final assessments.
